Our first meet-up is a 2 day Health and Wellness festival in London, over the 12-13th October 2019, designed for new mums and mums-to-be.

Live cooking demos and recipes that include: slow cooker meal hacks, speedy nutritious dinners and batch cooking recommendations – vegan and veggie options always!
Choose from guided meditation, sound baths, restorative and flow classes led by tried and tested practitioners.
Fun tactics designed to limit stress and improve sleep. Journaling, meditation, how to digitally detox, aromatherapy and gratitude practices.
Find your work mojo! Understand your employment rights and learn how to manage your career and being a mum.
How to breastfeed and express, getting back to your pre-pregnancy weight, nutrition advice (caffeine and sushi anyone?!) and the ins and outs of post natal depression.
Hear what people don’t tell you before birth! Mums share their birthing experiences. You will have the opportunity to ask them anything!
From Weightlifting to Barre to Yoga to F45 classes designed specifically for Mums-to-be to experience, led by global fitness experts!
