I enjoy educating them on the changes their bodies are going through and answering any questions they may have about themselves or their babies. I also feel privileged to be in a position where I can counsel and support women who are perhaps struggling to conceive, or have conceived and may be suffering with perinatal mental health issues. There is so much support out there and it’s great that we are hosting events like the being fest to bring women and healthcare professionals together outside of the Clinical environment!

Bianca helps women connect to their babies and have a happy and healthy start to motherhood.
When she was pregnant with her first child, she was working as an award-winning stockmarket analyst in the City, and expected breastfeeding to just happen naturally. She was all the more shocked when she was told after delivering her baby that she would not be able to breastfeed.
She sought out help from several modalities, and breastfed her baby for 18 months- while returning to work after 9 months and winning several awards at work.
She strongly believes in the mind-body connection, and her holistic coaching programmes draw from several modalities, including Rapid Transformation Therapy, Health Coaching, Yoga and her training as Breastfeeding Specialist. She believes this is the fastest way to help women to love and trust their bodies, listen to their intuition and let go of subconscious blocks. Because what’s most important for women at this stage in life is to fully enjoy the journey into motherhood, connect to their babies and thrive as mothers.

Reflexology is an incredible practice, stimulating the body’s own healing process and providing deep relaxation to tired bodies. By massaging the feet I aid blood flow and relaxation, as well as stimulate pressure points that can re-balance hormones and recalibrate the body pre and post birth.
Since qualifying from the London School of Reflexology over 7 years ago I have worked with a number of clients for fertility, pregnancy, insomnia or stress related issues. I have helped women get their bodies ready for conception, busy workers relax and de-stress, pregnant women prepare for labour and new mums to re-balance their hormones post birth.
Following the birth of my children, I have also focussed on postnatal care. I now specialise in Fourth Trimester reflexology treatments for parents to nourish and nurture tired bodies to best prepare them for the months ahead.
